The French Ministry of Education (AEFE)
The French Academie is accredited by The French Ministry of Education (AEFE) for our Maternelle program which includes our preschool, prek, and kindergarten classrooms. This esteemed certification underscores the rigorous standards we uphold and the outstanding educational opportunities we deliver to our students. We are listed on the roster of certified French Schools in Foreign Countries. The French Ministry of Education network includes over 566 schools globally. Upon graduation of The French Academie, our students are prepared to transition to any accredited AEFE schools in the world.
Mission Laïque Française (MLF)
The French Academie is a member of the Mission Laïque Française (MLF), an educational institution that champions the French language and culture in children's education. MLF's global network extends to 108 affiliated schools worldwide.
Association of French Schools in North America (AFSA)
Established in 1985, AFSA was formed to unite North American schools adhering to the French National Curriculum and promote bilingual education. Presently, there are 45 AFSA schools across the United States and Canada, all accredited by the French Ministry of Education and part of an international network comprising over 450 schools. Combining the strengths of the French and American education systems, AFSA schools equip students to excel at leading universities in North America, France, and Europe, proficient in both French and English.
